6.04.096 Vicious dog – Tattooing.

The court may order the permanent tattooing of a vicious dog whenever the owner of said dog has been convicted of failure to keep a vicious dog confined (MMC 6.04.150(I)), or keeping a vicious dog (MMC 6.04.150(C)). (Ord. 4420 §1 (part), 1988).
