For the purposes of this chapter, the following terms shall have the following meanings:

A. “Flammable liquids” means any liquid having point below 140 degrees Fahrenheit and a vapor pressure not exceeding 40 pounds per square (absolute) at 100 degrees Fahrenheit.

B. “Tank vehicle” means and includes a truck, truck and trailer, or any other combination of vehicles used for the transportation of flammable liquids. (Ord. 3209 §2, §3, 1965).
