Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall upon conviction thereof in the recorder’s court be punished by a fine not to exceed three hundred dollars or by imprisonment in the city jail for a period not exceeding 30 days, or by both such fine or such imprisonment. (Ord. 3047 §3, 1962).
