The definitions contained in Oregon Criminal Code of 1971, as now or hereafter constituted, are adopted by reference and made a part of this title. Except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning, the general definitions and the definitions appearing in the definitional a other sections of particular articles of the code shall b applicable throughout this title.
