9.24.080 Disrobed dancing – Certain kinds prohibited – Infraction Prohibited.

A. A violation of MMC 9.24.060 or 9.24.070 is an infraction. Citations shall be issued and court procedures followed that are in accordance with ORS 153.110 to 153.280.
B. Any person convicted of a violation of the provisions of MMC 9.24.060 through 9.24.080 shall be fined five hundred dollars. Each offense constitutes a separate infraction. (Ord. 4250 §2, 1983).
