No person shall loiter in or about a public place frequented by children, including swimming pools, school bus stops, playgrounds and parks an public premises adjacent thereto, with the intent of annoying, bothering or molesting children. (Ord. 3986 §1(b), 1979; Ord. 3623 §7, 1972).
