9.40.060 Curfew – Penalty for violation.

Any person or persons violating the provisions of MMC 9.40.040 shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not more than three hundred dollars, or by imprisonment for not more than 30 days, or by both fine and imprisonment. (Ord. 3167 §4, 1964).
