9.40.090 Liquor – Sale or gift.

A. No person shall sell alcoholic liquor to any person under the age of 21 years or to a person visibly intoxicated.
B. No person other than his parent or guardian shall give or otherwise make available any alcoholic liquor to any person under the age of 21 years. (Ord. 3623 §34, 1972).
