Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter is, upon conviction thereof, punishable by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars for each violation. A trial shall be heard before the judge without a jury. No appeal from the decision may be taken. The standard of proof required shall be by a preponderance of the evidence. (Ord. 4488 §1(F), 1991).
