Coordinated Master Planning and Plan Updates. The city should initiate updates of its functional planning documents within five years of a major UGB update to address consistency with the new UGB, and work with service providers to conduct updates to their planning documents as needed. This includes:
1. City
a. Parks and Recreation Master Plan;
b. Water Reclamation Facilities Plan;
c. Storm Drainage Master Plan;
d. Transportation System Plan;
e. Airport Layout Plan;
f. Goal 5 Resources Plan;
g. Goal 7 Hazards Plan.
2. Service Providers
a. McMinnville Water and Light: Water Distribution System Master Plan;
