The City shall develop specific park and open space requirements for different types of neighborhoods and developments, such as multiple family residential uses or single family residential subdivisions. The park and open space requirements for individual developments shall be based on the size or scale of the proposed development and on the number of dwelling units within the proposed development and shall incorporate both active and passive parks, open spaces, and opportunities to connect with nature.
