This proposal is included in your selections.
The city shall complete and adopt area plans for the following areas as described in the McMinnville Growth Management and Urbanization Plan:
1. Southwest Area – Potentially with Subareas
a. West Hills South, Southwest 2, and west of Old Sheridan Road (potentially also including Redmond Hill Road).
b. Southwest 06 and Old Sheridan Road.
2. Fox Ridge Road, NW-EX1b-R1, and High School site.
3. Riverside South.
4. Redmond Hill Road (potentially include with the Southwest Area plan).
5. Booth Bend Road.
