The proceeds of the sale shall be first applied to the payment of costs incurred in the seizing, keeping and making such sale, and the balance, if any, shall be paid to the treasurer of the city to be credited to the general fund. (Ord. 5109 §2 (Exh. 1), 2021; Ord. 1980 §7, 1939).
