A. Violation of MMC 10.12.010 through 10.12.090, 10.12.130 through 10.12.190, 10.40.020 through 10.40.050 and Chapter 10.24 MMC is punishable by fine not to exceed two hundred dollars, or confinement in the county jail not to exceed ten days, or both fine and imprisonment.

B. Violation of MMC 10.28.010 through 10.28.030, 10.28.080 through 10.28.180, 10.40.010 and Chapters 10.32 and 10.36 MMC is punishable by fine not to exceed $100.00.

C. Except as may be limited by charter, violations of MMC 10.12.100 through 10.12.120, and Chapter 10.52 MMC are punishable by confinement in the county jail, or by fine or by both, not to exceed the maximum penalties which could be imposed under state law for similar violations occurring on highways.
