A. The Federal Aviation Act of 1958, as amended, authorized the Federal Aviation administrator to prescribe air traffic rules and regulations governing the flight of aircraft.

B. The Federal Aviation Regulations promulgated by the Federal Aviation administrator cover all flights on or in the vicinity of McMinnville Municipal Airport, and, by reference, the Federal Aviation Regulations are incorporated into this title.

C. Aircraft operators, pilots and other users of the airport are required to be familiar with the Federal Aviation Regulations, and, in particular, Part 91 General Operating and Flight Rules, of said regulations. (Ord. 4973 §1, 2013).
