All aeronautical activities at the McMinnville Municipal Airport, and all flying of aircraft departing from or arriving at the airport, shall be conducted in conformity with the current pertinent provisions of the Federal Aviation Regulations, Oregon state law, the McMinnville Municipal Code, and all other applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances.
