A. Landing / take off site to be used and its geographic relationship to commercial, industrial and residential buildings, and population concentrations;

B. Flight path of aircraft and its relationship to commercial, industrial and residential buildings, plus populations centers, and to any hazards that would endanger the citizens of the city (i.e., high tension wires, etc.);

C. Frequency and duration of the flights, and hours of operation;

D. Previous history of compliance with permit regulations, if applicable;

E. Creation of noise which may be harmful to the mental or physical well-being of the citizens of McMinnville. (Ord. 4973 §1, 2013).
