16.10.030 Applicability.
This section is included in your selections.
The following conditions must be met prior to or concurrent with city processing of any annexation request:
A. The subject site must be located within the McMinnville urban growth boundary.
B. The subject site must be contiguous to the existing city limits. (Ord. 5106 §2 (Exh. B), 2021).
