The McMinnville comprehensive plan map provides for comprehensive plan designations on all land within the city’s urban growth boundary. Land that is currently designated as an urban holding comprehensive plan designation needs to undergo an area planning process per MMC 17.10.010 through 17.10.050 and at the time of annexation a new comprehensive plan designation will be applied to the subject property that will identify the future city zoning classifications of that property.
