17.27.020 Conditional uses.

In a C-1 zone, the following uses and their accessory uses may be permitted subject to the provisions of Chapters 17.72 and 17.74 MMC:
A. Public or private school;
B. Electrical power substation;
C. Water reservoir;
D. Windmill, for generation of electricity or pumping water;
