17.27.030 Yard requirements.

In a C-1 zone, yards shall be maintained as follows:
A. There shall be a front yard of not less than 30 feet;
B. No side yard is required except there shall be a side yard of not less than 20 feet when adjacent to a residential zone or 30 feet when on the street side of a corner lot;
C. There shall be a rear yard of not less than 20 feet when adjacent to a residential zone. (Ord. 4128 (part), 1981; Ord. 3380 (part), 1968).
