2.04.010 Regular meetings.

A. The common council shall meet at 7:00 p.m. on the second Tuesday of each month in the council chambers except on holidays, in which event the council shall meet on the ensuing business day. (Ord. 5015 §1, 2016).
B. The common council shall also meet at 7:00 p.m. on the fourth Tuesday of each month in the council chambers except on holidays, in which event the meeting shall be cancelled unless the council calls for a special council meeting.
