If an executive session only will be specially called and held, the notice shall be given to the members of the council and to the general public stating the specific provision of law authorizing the executive session. Notice to the council and news media shall be given in the same manner as stated in MMC 2.04.020 above. Executive sessions shall be held in accordance with ORS 192.660. (Ord. 3829 §3, 1976).
