The council shall cause minutes of its proceedings to be kept in a minute book and/or by recording tape, and the recorder shall prepare a summary of said minutes so recorded on tape. Such tapes shall be preserved so that a full copy of the recordings thereon may be transcribed. (Ord. 3544 §6, 1971).
