The minutes of the last regular meeting and the minutes of an adjourned or special meeting, if any, shall be read at each regular meeting before proceeding with other business; provided, however, that reading of said minutes may be waived upon unanimous consent of the council. Such minutes may be corrected to eliminate errors and omissions upon the request of the mayor or the council. (Ord. 3544 §7, 1971).
