During the months November and December hereafter, the municipal court clerk shall select 150 persons from the latest list of registered voters eligible to vote in city of McMinnville elections as determined by the Yamhill County Clerk. The individuals shall be selected by a random sample, and serve as a jury panel until the next panel is selected. The panel shall serve January 1 through December 31. No person shall attempt to select or reject any particular person(s) for the jury panel. (Ord. 4658 §1, 1997; Ord. 3990 §1, 1979; Ord. 3541 §6, 1970).
