All nonprofit and civic organizations of the city are exempt from the payment of license fees under all licensing ordinances heretofore passed and adopted by the council and approved by the mayor, including but not limited to ordinances numbered 3332, 3345, and 2021, codified in Chapters 5.16, 5.20, 5.32, 5.36, 5.44, 5.52, 5.68 and 5.76 MMC.
