All applicants for licenses shall file their applications with the city recorder, the same to contain the name of the applicant, the location of the proposed place of business and the nature of the business, with any other additional information requested by the city recorder. The city recorder shall issue the license upon payment of the fee and the fulfillment of any additional requirements set forth in the licensing ordinance. (Ord. 2018 §13, 1941).
