All licenses shall be posted or kept in such a place that such license may be immediately produced upon demand of the peace officer of the city. If is further provided that any peace officer, city, state or federal, may enter, at any reasonable time, any place for which a license is required for the purpose of examining the license or for the inspection of the premises.
