When any establishments mentioned in this chapter also engage in the sale of intoxicating liquor, it is unlawful for any proprietor of any such establishment, or his agent or employee, to permit any minor to enter or loiter in or about such room or engage in or play any pool, billiards or cards therein, or any other game of chance, either for amusement or otherwise.
