Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall upon conviction thereof be punished by a fine not exceeding $100.00, or by imprisonment in the city jail not exceeding ten days or by both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the court. (Ord. 3598 §6, 1972).
