5.28.050 License – Fee.
This section is included in your selections.
The following license fee schedule is adopted:
A. A person(s), firm, business, corporation or society, either public or private, except as exempted in this chapter, shall pay an application fee of five dollars and, upon approval of the application, a license fee of $20.00 for conducting each public dance.
B. The application fee shall be paid only once in each calendar year far the same person(s), firm, business, corporation or society.
C. The maximum license fee paid in any one calendar year shall not exceed $100.00. (Ord. 3961 §3, 1978).
