Each vendor shall file with the city proof of insurance in the amount of $100,000/$300,000 liability and $5,000 property damage. The city shall be named as an insured and the policy may not be cancelled without 30 days notice being given to the city in writing by the insurance company. (Ord. 4083 §7, 1980).
