A. It is unlawful for any person to demand any pecuniary benefit from any street vendor in return for the street vendor locating a mobile device on the sidewalk in front of any particular business.

B. “Pecuniary benefit” means money, property, or commercial interest. (Ord. 4083 §10, 1980).
