Any person found guilty of the violation of this chapter shall upon conviction there of be fined in a sum not less than $25.00 nor more than $100.00, or be imprisoned in the city jail for a period of time not to exceed 30 days or by both such fine and imprisonment. (Ord. 2179 §8, 1946).
