5.76.070 Insurance requirements.
This section is included in your selections.
All licensees shall file
with the licensing authority a certificate of insurance evidencing the following types and amounts:
A. Professional liability, or errors and omissions insurance, in the amount of three hundred thousand dollars;
B. General liability insurance in the amount of three hundred thousand dollars;
C. Personal injury insurance in the amount of three hundred thousand dollars; and
D. Automobile liability insurance in the amount of one hundred thousand dollars for one person, three hundred thousand dollars per occurrence, and one hundred thousand dollars for property damage. (Ord. 3824 §9, 1976).
