The idling of locomotives in the area specified in MMC 9.32.060 is prohibited between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., except an engine which idles for less than 15 minutes in said area shall not be subject to these requirements. (Ord. 3877 §3, 1977).
