No person other than a peace officer or person licensed pursuant to ORS 166.290, as now or hereafter amended, shall carry concealed on or about his person or within any vehicle which is under his control or direction any pistol, revolver, other firearm, knife other than an ordinary pocketknife with a blade less than three and one-half inches long, dirk, dagger, stiletto, metal knuckles or weapon the use of which could inflict injury upon a person or property.
