For convenience in so designated the numbering of such buildings, all of that part of the streets running north and south, and the numbers thereon which are south of First Street as shown upon said map or plat, shall have the work “South” as a prefix to the street name or number, and such streets shall be designated and known by their present names as shown upon the map or plat specified in MMC 12.32.020 with the addition of the prefix “South”.
