All that part of the streets running east and west which are west of Adams Street as shown upon the map or plat specified in MMC 12.32.020 shall hereafter have the word “West” as a prefix to the street name or number, and such streets shall be designated and known by their present names as shown upon said map or plat, with the addition of said prefix “West.” (Ord. 1770 §4, 1928).
