A. The city shall utilize the county dog facilities at such time as a dog must be impounded by a city dog control officer or policeman. If the city should ever provide its own dog facilities for impoundment, then they may be used for impoundment purposes.

B. Until such time as the city provides its own impoundment facilities, the city shall place impounded dogs in the county facility. Upon such placement the rules and regulations of the county shall apply and the disposition of dogs will be administered by county personnel. (Ord. 4420 §1 (part), 1988).
