For each violation of MMC 9.32.050 through 9.32.090 by each and any locomotive a penalty of five hundred dollars shall be imposed. Not more than one thousand dollars in fines shall be assessed for multiple violations occurring within one calendar day. (Ord. 3877 §5, 1977).
